Electric Wire Rope Hoist

Designed as per IS 3938 Class II & IV duty operations. Engineered for higher lifts,
faster hoisting & smooth cross travel speeds. Can also be customized for curved tracks.

Rope Drum

Steel fabricated/seamless pipe drum, machine grooved as per IS-3938.

Wire Rope

Usha Martin make steel / fibre core wire rope as per IS:2266.

Gear Box

Alloy steel gears enclosed in casing with grease/oil lubrication.

Lifting Hook

Forged steel shank type hook with safety latch (IS:3815 / IS:15560).

Trolley

Runner wheel adjustable for I-Beams, motor/hand chain, pull push or curved type.

Motor

Squirrel cage, 40%/60% CDF rating as per IS:325. By Bharat Bijlee, Crompton, ABB, Marathon, JAPS.

Hoist Brake

Electromagnetic brake of Shoe/Disc/Hydraulic type.

Limit Switch

Snap action type limit switches to avoid over hoisting/lowering.

Control

Pendant type push buttons with enclosed control panel, transformer contactors & fuses.
